Green soap, a traditional product with multiple uses in our everyday life! Green soap is based on olive oil and has been known since ancient times as an excellent natural cleaning product. In addition to the uses it has at home and in personal care, green soap is also particularly useful for the protection of our plants, as we can use it to spray our plants.
Spraying with green soap acts as a natural insecticide, while it can be used in ecological recipes to treat fungal infections in the garden. For all of us who avoid chemical pesticides, the use of natural materials is especially useful for plant protection, in order to enjoy the fruits of our vegetables and trees without worry.
The use of green soap is also suitable for the protection of ornamental plants in our garden and balcony. We must note that green soap is more effective when used on a preventive level, and is not so effective on a therapeutic level — that is, when intense attacks occur.
Below we propose 3 ecological recipes for the protection of plants using green soap as a base.
